About the role

Deliver Occupational Therapy services across clinic, home, school and community settings. Broad QLD coverage across metro, coastal and regional locations. You will join a service experiencing strong growth across NDIS and Out of Home Care, stepping into varied community based work focused on meaningful functional outcomes.

You will be supported by strong clinical systems, teamwork and clear pathways for career development.


Key responsibilities

  • Deliver Occupational Therapy across clinic, home, school and community settings
  • Complete Functional Capacity Assessments within NDIS
  • Equipment prescription and home modifications
  • Manage NDIS caseloads with quality focused outcomes
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team


Skills and experience

  • AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
  • Passion for paediatric and community-based OT
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Commitment to culturally safe, values led practice
